ORDERING

1. Simply send us an e-mail to dnzbookworld@yahoo.com providing the particulars below :

Name, mailing address, title of book(s), quantity, home telephone, mobile phone, fax, e-mail address and payment details.

We will contact you to advice on the availability of the book(s) that you've ordered and the delivery cost. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, please e-mail us again.

PAYMENT

Payment is to be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

1. Postal order, money order, bank draft, personal/company cheque -- Payable to DNZ Bookworld.

Your order will only be sent out after the payment is cleared. (Please provide your name on the reverse side of the cheque)

For out-station cheque eg Penang, Kedah, Perlis and Johore, please add a bank commission of RM0.50).

2. Over-the-counter bank transaction / ATM / CDM

Send the customer's deposit slip copy to DNZ Bookworld.

3. Internet bank payment / Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
